Under Japanese law (Hotel Business Act and Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare guidelines),
foreign nationals without a residence in Japan are required to have
their passport information verified and recorded at check-in.
As our facility has adopted a self-check-in system,
guests are asked to photograph their passport themselves by following the on-screen instructions.
The photographed information will be used solely for
the creation of guest registers and legal compliance purposes,
and will be managed appropriately.
We apologize for any inconvenience,
and kindly ask for your cooperation in completing the procedure as guided on the screen.
